Decent location. Sub-par experience

garbage smell loud frogs

the beachfront location was spot on. It made accessing the beach easy.

there were BUGS crawling out of the sinks and bathtub, it was pretty bad! it smelled like garbage all around the hotel so i couldn't sit outside. frogs were making really loud noises all night. i didn't sleep well for 2 days.

enchanting getaway!!!

delicious orange juice lovely pools direct access heartwarming gesture

breakfast was wonderful, particularly the orange juice! it was bursting with flavor. there were two lovely pools, which gave us good options, and direct access to the serene beach! our room received an upgrade, such a heartwarming gesture.

the hotel layout is a bit linear, this creates a slightly enclosed sensation from the surrounding greenery.

This resort has a beautiful garden right by the beach. The rooms come in various sizes and styles and the two rooms I stayed in were highly recommendable. Each room has a nice location (close to everything). The hotel provides towels for the pools and the beach. The staff at this hotel is consistently helpful and friendly.

pleasant stay with minor drawbacks

the surroundings were beautiful. i found the lush greenery very appealing. the rooms were also comfy and clean. it was nice to read about the area we were staying in.

The capacity for sun loungers seemed too little. this was especially noticeable for a fully booked hotel. people put towels early in the morning. I did not have any chance to sit near the pool. the shower was terrible, with cold water. everything felt old.

the bungalow had lovely traditional decor and felt spacious. the swimming pools were well maintained and very quiet! the hot shower was strong and relaxing after a long day.

the beach front photos were misleading as the tide came up to the wall.

I found the hotel grounds beautiful. It seemed like a serene escape. i really liked the immaculate maintenance throughout the hotel, , Made strolling very enjoyable. the breakfast buffet by the beach was a delicious and convenient start to each day.

the air conditioning UNIT in my room was quite loud. it made sleeping a little challenging. the maintenance should check the issue.

i liked that my garden view grand king bed room had a private patio. it offered direct access to the garden. i also liked that the king size bed was comfortable. the gardens were well maintained.

it had cold water. the bathroom was also outdated. breakfast was average and not very good.
